We invite you to participate in the 25th International Conference “Speech and Computer” (SPECOM-2023).

Conference is jointly organized by Indian research institutes (IT Dharwad, IIIT Dharwad, NIT Goa, KLE Tech, KIIT Gurugram) in cooperation with the St. Petersburg Federal Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPC RAS).

International conference "Speech and Computer" SPECOM was launched by the St. Petersburg Institute for Informatics and Automation of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPIIRAS – SPC RAS) in 1996 in St. Petersburg. In 2023, the conference will be held for the 25th time (silver jubilee). SPECOM is included in the “Top Computer Science Conferences” list of Guide2Research.

Conference major objective is to consolidate interdisciplinary knowledge in speech research and technology, as well as in multimodal human-machine interaction. This Conference will mainly address the following issues:

• Corpus linguistics and paralinguistics

We invite potential authors to submit for the reviewing their articles in English; of 8-14 pages long each, formatted according to the Springer LNCS/LNAI publishing house template, by July 15, 2023.
